Return Policy

At Local Love by Lauren, every item is made and selected with love. We hope you adore your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Customized Items

All customized and personalized items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes products personalized with names, initials, phrases, icons, or custom color selections.

Non-Customized Items

Non-customized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for your choice of store credit or a refund to your original payment method. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

A $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit or refund.

To begin a return, email info@locallovebylauren.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and whether you prefer store credit or a refund. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label.

The Local Love Promise

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your clip experiences a manufacturing defect within six months of purchase, please email info@locallovebylauren.com with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the damaged item

Once reviewed and approved, we’ll arrange a replacement when available. If the original item is unavailable, we’ll offer a comparable replacement or store credit.

The Local Love Promise covers manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use, lost items, or missing rhinestones from customized name products.
