What's included with every event?
Every booking includes one embroidery artist with full machine setup, a custom embroidery menu, and guest order cards. Monograms come with a choice of 3 fonts and up to 6 thread colors.
How long do you stay?
Events include up to 4 hours of live embroidery, and we can stay longer if your event runs late. Just let us know your timeline in the form.
Can you add custom icons or designs?
Yes! We can create custom icon designs for your event, and up to 3 icons can be added to your embroidery menu.
Who provides the items to embroider?
Either works. We can source the pieces for you, and wholesale sourcing may be available depending on quantity. You can also provide your own items. They just need to be approved in advance and delivered by the agreed-upon deadline.
How many items can you embroider at the event?
It depends on design complexity, personalization length, material, and how long your event runs. We'll confirm an estimate with you before booking.
Do you travel?
We're based in Encino and travel throughout Los Angeles and beyond. Share your event location in the form and we'll confirm the details.
What do we need to provide at the venue?
Parking or loading access, a table, a chair, and an electrical outlet. For outdoor events, we'll need a shaded, weather-protected spot to work. Any venue vendor fees are covered by the host.
How do I reserve my date?
A nonrefundable retainer reserves your date, with the remaining balance due 3 days before the event. Fill out the form above and we'll follow up with everything you need to book.
