At Local Love, we believe the pieces you reach for every day should be made to last. If your Local Love item experiences a manufacturing defect within six (6) months of purchase, we may replace it at no cost.

What is covered

• Manufacturing defects
• Broken springs under normal use
• Cracks or breakage caused by a manufacturing issue

What is not covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches, discoloration, or cosmetic damage
• Accidental damage, misuse, or improper care
• Lost or stolen items
• Purchases from unauthorized retailers
• Custom rhinestone embellishments

How to submit a claim

Email info@locallovebylauren.com with your order information, clear photos of the product, and a short note describing the issue. Every claim is reviewed individually.

Returns

For standard returns, Local Love offers 14-day store credit returns. Custom or personalized items may have different eligibility, so please contact us if you are unsure before ordering.
