Manufacturing defects, broken springs under normal use, and cracks or breakage caused by a manufacturing issue may qualify for replacement coverage.

Normal wear and tear, scratches, discoloration, cosmetic damage, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, lost or stolen items, purchases from unauthorized retailers, and custom rhinestone embellishments are not covered.

Lauren is updating the return policy toward refunds for eligible standard returns. Custom or personalized items may have different eligibility, so please contact us if you are unsure before ordering.
