If your Local Love item experiences a manufacturing defect within six (6) months of purchase, we may replace your item at no cost.

To submit a claim, please complete the form below and include clear photos of the product and the issue.

What's Covered

• Manufacturing defects
• Broken springs under normal use
• Cracks or breakage resulting from a manufacturing issue

What's Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches, discoloration, or cosmetic damage
• Accidental damage, misuse, or improper care
• Lost or stolen items
• Purchases made through unauthorized retailers
• Custom rhinestone embellishments

Due to the handcrafted nature of custom rhinestone embellishments, these designs are not eligible for replacement coverage.
